Itinerary
Welcome and Introductory Energizer
Welcome coffee and tropical fruits. Initial integration activities and a talk on leadership in nature.
Class II/III Rafting Session
14 km descent on the Sarapiquí River with collaborative exercises and guided group dynamics.
Traditional Costa Rican Lunch
Served in our riverside ranch. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
Reflection and Cohesion Workshop
Leadership, trust, and communication dynamics. Activity “Let’s Build Our Bridge”.
Coffee Break and Recreational Activity
Short trail walk or light yoga.
Closing and Certificates
Final reflection and delivery of personalized certificates.
Comfortable clothing, biodegradable sunscreen, closed-toe water shoes, and a towel. Guides are certified and carry first-aid kits and communication devices.
