Make your way through exciting rapids like “Morning Coffee,” “The Terminator,” and “Dos Locos.” Peer up at the canyon walls dripping with waterfalls and take in the majestic views of the mountains and volcanoes in the distance. 

Our highly qualified Instructors will make you feel more comfortable and safe while rafting. Plus, they will point out a variety of birds, wildlife, trees, and other flora and fauna along the way. 

Put-In/ Start: Town of San Miguel de Sarapiqui

Take-Out / End: Sarapiqui Outdoor Center, La Virgen de Sarapiqui

Meals: Ask us about our delicious, healthy meals for your group after the tour for an extra fee.

Intermediate to advanced; Class III/IV rapids. Participants should feel comfortable white water, good physical condition and be able to paddle and willing to work together.

  • Swimsuit and/or shorts
  • Sunscreen
  • String or strap to secure your glasses
  • Water shoes or sandals with ankle straps. No flip flops. Closed toe shoes recommended.
  • Light rain jacket and/or polypropylene, wool shirts for cool or rainy days. Cotton T-shirts for sunny days only (they make you colder when wet).
